MasterMate is a space for consenting adults to connect and have fun. These guidelines exist to keep the platform safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone. Violations may result in immediate permanent banning.
🚨 Zero Tolerance Rules

No minors — ever
Any user who appears to be under 18 must be reported immediately using the report button. We take all underage reports seriously and will investigate immediately. Attempting to access the platform as a minor is illegal and will be reported to authorities.

No recording without consent
Recording, screenshotting, or capturing any video or audio from another user without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited and may be illegal. This is a zero-tolerance rule.

No harassment or threats
Threatening behaviour, intimidation, blackmail, or any form of harassment will result in immediate permanent banning. If someone asks you to stop or skips to the next match, respect their decision.

Respect consent and boundaries
Always respect if someone ends a chat or skips. Both people need to be willing participants. If someone seems uncomfortable, end the session gracefully.

Be honest about who you are
Don't impersonate other people or misrepresent yourself in ways that could harm others. Filters and fun nicknames are fine — deception that harms others is not.

Protect your own privacy
Don't share your real name, address, phone number, or financial details with strangers. MasterMate is for anonymous fun — keep it that way for your own safety.

Report violations
Use the report button (flag icon) during any chat to report violations. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. False reports made to harass other users may result in the reporter being banned.

Premium users — extra responsibility
Premium members enjoy longer sessions and additional features. With that comes extra responsibility to uphold community standards. Premium accounts found violating guidelines will be downgraded and may be permanently banned without refund.
🔧 How We Moderate
MasterMate uses a combination of user reports and admin review to moderate the platform. We cannot monitor live video feeds, but we do review reports, text chat logs, and ban records. Serious violations (especially anything involving minors) are reported to South African law enforcement.
